FTBM Boutique does not offer REFUNDS. All sales are FINAL. We do offer EXCHANGES when there is proven and clear damage on FTBM Boutique's end. All requests and proof must be submitted to FTBMBoutique@gmail.com within the first 30 days of receipt. If there is clear and proven damage, FTBM Boutique will EXCHANGE or provide shop credit if that item is no longer available. Before shipping product back, please make sure you receive confirmation from FTBM Boutique. If it is confirmed by FTBM Boutique that the item is approved to be EXCHANGED, a shipping label will be emailed to you. The label will be pre-paid and contain our shipping address. Repackage the item in the provided box, place label on the box, and drop off at the local USPS store. Please note: if item is not able to be fixed and needs to be replaced, the specific ribbon/faux leather may not be available. If that is the case, a store credit will be provided to you.
